The Broadmead Residents Association Archives follows a collection model (BRAC000…) with collection descriptions and inventories described in separate descriptive entries on this blog as they are processed. This is a work in progress in which approximately 90 collections are in the process of being analyzed and their contents placed on line. As collections are processed, they are indexed and accessed from this Blog and by online search engines.
The principal source for the history of Broadmead from the perspective of the residents is the
Voice of the Residents (note that this a complete index online to the Voice on Archive.org. Be sure to check the text search box instead of the metadata search)
In addition to the creation and management of collections, this blog also links to the master list of Residents Past & Present for whom, along with management staff and employees, biographical sketches are being compiled and written in anticipation of the celebration of Broadmead's upcoming 50th Anniversary in 2029.
