Committee Responsibilities
Consulting with the representatives of the administration concerning the physical maintenance of the community, its landscaping, and the safety and security of the residents.
Paying attention to landscaping, the goal of which is to ensure maintaining and improving the garden-like splendor of Broadmead, including the use of native plants.
communicating suggestions and areas of concern expressed by the residents.
exploring possible solutions with the administration and submitting, through the Chair, to the Finance Committee of the Broadmead Residents Association, suggestions of items to be included in the capital and operating budgets for Broadmead.
circulating committee minutes and an annual report, to the Board of the Broadmead Residents Association.
